I have tried lot many things like aerobics, zumba, gym, swimming but finely yoga quenched my thirst of being fit. Before joining Yoga classes here I always felt that doing yoga is boring and it is all about breathing exercises with old folks. But our yogi ji made it so exciting and full of fun, energy and enthusiasm that I really started loving it. Yoga is actually very different from what we generally assume it to be .. it is about the connection with yourself, it’s about achieving excellence in whatever we do.. it’s about improving our focus in everything we give our time to .. and I got to know this after joining Jairam yoga classes .. Manmohan sir is a perfectionist in teaching yoga in its very true sense !!The most important thing to gain benefits from yoga is to focus on this learning with full dedication and full efforts from ourselves .. and yes, yoga is nowhere less than any other mode of physical and mental exercise.. neither in terms of efforts required, nor in terms of results that can be achieved :)
I feel alot more energized and active throughout the day since I joined here. The atmosphere of the class is very peaceful and motivating. Especially the calm n patient nature of our teacher helps us to know all the benefits of each n every routine. We can also talk to him about our individual problems n he helps us workout accordingly.
Hi friends iwant to share my experience after joining yoga.At the begining when i joined on 25December 2019 I was having severe pain i my legs unable to fold my legs and my arms locked suddenly after the whole days strenous work ,my thyroid level waa 10.5but after joining yoga in three months I reduced my 5kg weight my thyriod count came down to 6which is near the normal level and my energy level has boosted up.now i dont feel lethargic after going home after my whole days work of teaching students .I m full of energy to cook delicious meal for my family .one more experience i want to share wd you .I had just been to mata vaishno devi wd some of my friends and family .my sisters warned me that i should take some palki or pony ride but i had challenged myself that i have to go up and come down by foot and thats what i did .It took some more time but i did and by Gods grace i m all ok no pain in me legs and all so it all happened because of yoga .so frndz join yoga and keep urself hale and hearty.
It’s been almost a month that I have been associated with JaiRam Yoga institute and my experience has been extra ordinary amazing. Before joining I have had no interest in doing yoga but the teacher bring so much positivity that you literally fall in love with the asana as well as meditation! Along with the regular classes they do arrange special classes on different topics like special meditation sessions, the questionnaire sessions etc. I highly recommend Manmohan Sir for his skills and positive attitude.
There is not more than 5 stars to given otherwise I have given more than this. One thing which keeps Yogi ji (Owner and instructor) apart from other yoga classes is the dedication and vast knowledge of Yoga. He is a Gold medalist in Yoga and have 12 +years experience of practising Yoga. Anybody can start from beginner classes and can learn advance yoga here. Most important is the prevention from the mostly happening disease now a days. Relax from anxiety and respiratory disease in one week. This is my personal experience. HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE!!
